How do I make a purcha­se?

To make a purcha­se, sim­ply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shop­ping bag. You can then pro­ceed through the check­out pro­cess and make a secu­re online pay­ment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or PayPal account. Once you have suc­cess­ful­ly pla­ced your order, you will recei­ve an auto­ma­tic email con­fir­ma­ti­on.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enab­les you to save your per­so­nal infor­ma­ti­on and review pre­vious orders. Please note that we do not retain any pay­ment infor­ma­ti­on wit­hin your account. You can crea­te an account by cli­cking here or by opting in when pla­cing an order.

Do you char­ge sales tax?

By law, we are requi­red to collect sales tax on all orders ship­ping to New York and Tennessee. The rate of tax will be deter­mi­ned by the exact deli­very address and dis­play­ed when pla­cing your order.

Delivery

All orders wit­hin the USA are ship­ped via UPS at the fol­lo­wing rates (you will have the opti­on to select your rate when pla­cing an order):

  • Free Standard (1–5 busi­ness days) — Free (orders over $100)
  • Standard (1–5 busi­ness days) — $5.95
  • Next Day Air (1 busi­ness day) — $18.95

When will my order be ship­ped?

Orders pla­ced Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (exclu­ding holi­days) are gene­ral­ly ship­ped the same day. Orders pla­ced after 12:00 pm EST or holi­days will be ship­ped on the next busi­ness day. Orders pla­ced Saturday and Sunday will ship on the fol­lo­wing Monday (exclu­ding holi­days).

How do I track my order?

Once your order has ship­ped, you will recei­ve an email noti­fi­ca­ti­on with the tracking infor­ma­ti­on. Please note that the tracking infor­ma­ti­on can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Will I have to pay any addi­tio­nal taxes or duties?

As the reci­pi­ent, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the coun­try you are ship­ping to; pay­ment of the­se is necessa­ry to release your order from customs on arri­val. Unfortunately, we are unab­le to advi­se on the exact amount of such char­ges sin­ce they are spe­ci­fic to each loca­ti­on.
